All prices are in USD.
Does [AUQUA] deliver worldwide?
Yes we do deliver to customers all over the world!
Please note we are unable to send items to PO Boxes as all deliveries require a signature on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide using DHL which generally takes between 1-5 business days. On occasion we do use other courier services which can take up to 14 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Free shipping applies to all standard orders over $150.00
Standard Worldwide Shipping is $9.99
Express Worldwide Shipping is $15.99
What payment methods does [AUQUA] accept?
Payments can be made via your credit/debit card or via your Paypal account. Please note if you do pay via your Paypal account we will not be able to ship your order until funds have cleared (usually about 5 working days)
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
[AUQUA] Swimwear cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will be responsible by the customer. If you are worried about getting charged any duties and/or taxes please contact your local customs offices. We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift'.
When will my order arrive?
Orders can be expected to arrive within 1-5 business days.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched a tracking number will be sent to you within 1-2 business days.
Why did I not receive the exact same placement of print as displayed in the image?
The placement of print may vary from image as it is not a placement print, each bikini may vary.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred within a reasonable time frame. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Where possible by law, we will repair faulty items, if the item cannot be repaired it will be replaced. Please note we do not offer refunds for damaged or faulty items. If we request you send the items back to us in order to exchange them we will only refund postage amounts up to $10 USD
Where can I access the Exchange and Refund Form?

What if I provide the wrong address or the shipping company can not find my address and it gets returned to you?
If for some reason you provide the wrong shipping address please contact us asap. If the order has already been shipping out we are unable to edit the address. If the courier company cannot find your address and it has to get returned to us we will not be held liable for return shipping. If the item is not collected in time and gets returned to us we also will not be held liable for the return shipping
