You may return for an exchange (where available) your purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to these terms.
Exchanges are accepted on items within 5 days from the date of delivery. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. All items must be sent back with all original [AUQUA] packaging within 5 days of receiving items.
Any marks from Oils , Fake Tans or Creams or Make-up, etc on [AUQUA] swimwear will void all exchanges.
Any exchanges on WAREHOUSE SALES ITEMS will incur a $20.00 restocking fee.
Returns must be received by [AUQUA] Swimwear within 7 days of the EA number being issued. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame.
To Request an exchange please email email@example.com and we will allocate you an Exchange Authorisation (EA) number. Please fill out the [AUQUA] Exchange Form correctly and return your order to our online store.
Upon receipt of your returned order, all item/s will be thoroughly inspected. Once approved you will be notified via email within 5 days.
Please note that all shipping costs and taxes are the responsibility of [AUQUA] Swimwear customers.
[AUQUA] Swimwear can not be held liable for the loss of items being returned to our online store. Please only use a registered postal service to return goods, and keep a record of the tracking details.
PLEASE NOTE EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Any exchanges for change of size on WAREHOUSE SALE items will incur a $20.00 restocking fee.
All Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. All purchased items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
[AUQUA] Swimwear does not accept back orders for refunds due to hygiene and other reasons. Exchanges will be accepted for all items that meet the above criteria.
